Market Services are coming your way
Wednesday, 22nd November 2006 will live in minds for many years to come. The programme was launched on a beautiful farm with sunflower as radiant as the light. So many people were there, and all the ladies in their best dresses looked so lovely. Everyone was dressed for a party. Well, it was a glorious party and an instructive field day too!!

All was made possible by all FAA managers and members, Laban Nkanata and The Provincial Director of Agriculture. Philip Maheti worked in the preparation phase and then did the job of launching your programme while supported by your DO1 as Master of Ceremonies. Our heartfelt thanks go out to everyone who made a contribution.

This was a fun occasion with music, and a learning occasion for many. The side stalls demonstrating oil pressing, processed soya snacks and other goodies meant so much to those around. Information is often in such short supply. That is why we are trying to find money to develop an information data base and money to place data base readers and printers at chiefs camp, so you can get what you want, when you want it, for just a few shillings. Suzanne Wafula remarked "We have waited long for Farmers Own. We are glad you are here"
